3)PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD
You can pay online through Alpha Bank’s bank referral system. All known credit, debit and prepaid cards of Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Diners are supported.
Card information (card number, CVV2 / CVC2, expiration date) is transmitted over the Internet in encrypted form (SSL 128-bit encryption) and is not accessible from our online store. The systems and procedures used by Alpha Bank prevent unauthorized third parties from accessing its data and information systems. The Bank’s website, in which the Customer of the Company enters his card details, has a digital certificate so that everyone can check its authenticity, ie to verify that it really belongs to Alpha Bank’s Alpha e-Commerce Service. Alpha e-Commerce service is fully compatible with the 3D-Secure security protocols of the international card organizations Visa Secure, Mastercard Identity Check, American Express SafeKey® and Diners ProtectBuy for secure online card payments. With this mechanism, the customer after entering his card details, will be asked to enter the 3D-Secure code in order to certify the cardholder. Using the SSL protocol ensures that all information transferred between client (user web browser) and server (PayCenter) is encrypted and can not be intercepted. In order for the customer of the online store to complete his purchase, he is taken to the secure site of PayCenter, where he enters his credit card details.
